Tomorrow's Chefs is a 501C3 nonprofit, which fund raises in order to help at high school children using the culinary arts. Money is passed to the children via one of many ways that can include, but are not limited to: scholarships, intern expense reimbursement, travel expenses, and other various training.
The founders and board members of tomorrow's chefs believe in the culinary arts and want to ensure that children of all ages have access to exploring their passions.
We believe that scholarship in the culinary arts comes in many forms and we wish to focus avenues which keep students motivated to create a pathway for themselves which results in personal successes.
Tomorrow's Chefs furthers interest in the culinary arts for children ages approximately 14-18 by providing them with an opportunity to be introduced to the culinary arts in order to find a passion or focus which will motivate them to finish high school and seek a rewarding career in a business related to the culinary arts or within the food industry.
We are inspiring the next generation of chefs, while strengthening the bond between high schools and the culinary institutions in their communities.
Through the generosity of our professional culinary partners and involved friends, we offer college scholarships to high school seniors who demonstrate talent and appreciation for food and cooking and who intend to study in the culinary field. These scholarships not only encourage bright and gifted individuals to pursue careers in the culinary arts, but also help ensure they will finish their secondary educations.
We also seek to nurture excitement in young people about food and cooking in general. We are developing programs for high schools that will teach basic eating principles and kitchen skills, while also cultivating their palates and inspiring them to experiment and discover complementary food tastes.
We at Tomorrow’s Chefs believe we are living in a golden age for the culinary arts. We want to share our passion for food and cooking with the next generation, to pass it on in the hope that it will endure.
We are always looking for ideas on how to help children using the culinary arts. Also, if you would like to partake in a fundraising event, don't hesitate to volunteer!
